The ultra-modern plant employs microwave technology for continuous vulcanization for Ethylene-Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) rubber profiles, the most efficient, clean and environment friendly method developed so far. Quality is built into the product right at the planning stage EPDM rubber vulcanizates have excellent resistance to weathering and is ozone resistance, very good aging and low temperature flexibility, low electrical and thermal conductivity, resulting in perfect sealing, easier fitment, tight hold and long life. And with TQM (Total Quality Management) well in place, IRC profiles meet relevant ATSM, BS and DIN standards thereby giving our customers the kind of products that we set out to start - a winner!
