GAC's Ships' Supply Service (SSS) operates round-the-clock. It offers the most efficient and convenient way for Principals to effect crew changes and supplies of spares and provisions in the region.

Some of the support and logistics services provided are:

crew changes/transportation
immigration and visa formalities
"meet and greet service" on arrival at Dubai airport
hotel and airline reservations
delivery of stores, spares, provisions and mail
assistance in cases of emergency

The GAC fleet consists of purpose-built, high speed, air-conditioned crew and supply launches of varying sizes.

With capacities of up to one hundred passengers and high volumes of cargo, these launches can meet vessels at any position off Dubai, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah, from the GAC bases at these locations.

GAC Dubai is the co-ordinating office for SSS activities in the UAE. This office is manned by experienced personnel, 24-hours a day, ensuring Principals' requirements are met with precision, within the prescribed time frame.

Husbandry and Ship Repair Agency Services:

Husbandry services are available to vessels at the Dubai Drydocks as well as for vessels under repair at Port Rashid and Jebel Ali ports. Assistance can also be given to tugs and barges calling at Dubai Creek.
